In order to open a ticket with DNSAfrica:

 

The system will then verify your e-mail address and you can secure your account with a password.

You must activate your account by replying to the activation email otherwise your ticket will not be answered.

 

DNSAfrica will reply as soon as possible, unless DNSAfrica believe your account is used for spamming.
